They are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide office support during tax season, including managing correspondence, client meetings, and maintaining organized records.

Responsibilities

Provide office support, including typing and generating correspondence, forms, policies and general office documents. Provide support for client meetings
Answer telephone, screen and route phone calls, and take messages as appropriate. Set up conference calls and video conferences
Sort and deliver all incoming mail and deliveries
Handle standard correspondence as requested, including form letters and responses to requests for information
Support clients as they complete paperwork and provide necessary signatures
Keep standard forms up-to-date
File and scan as requested
Establish, maintain and comply with orderly record keeping system, ensuring maintenance of confidential account files and proper workflow
Support in generating reports for meetings and presentations
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen
Under the direction of your manager, assist with various office projects as requested

Required

High School Diploma or GED
2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization
Detail oriented, highly organized and adaptable
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Business office procedures knowledge
Organized and able to prioritize work

Preferred

CRM experience preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday a plus
