They are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Repo & Lending Trader to drive the execution of Keyrock’s bilateral and on-chain borrowing activities, focusing on structuring loans, optimizing collateral efficiency, and managing institutional lending relationships.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of borrowing and lending transactions
Manage the firm’s interest rate profile
Develop and maintain a proprietary collateral scoring framework
Work closely with Legal and Risk to navigate ISDA/GMRA-like frameworks in a digital asset context
Use Python to build tools that monitor real-time 'Health Factors' and LTVs
Act as a primary point of contact for institutional lenders and liquidity providers

Required

4–7 years of experience on a Repo, Securities Lending, or STIR desk
Deep understanding of the mechanics of secured financing, including margin calls, substitution of collateral, and term structures
Proven ability to 'score' assets
Strong Python skills are non-negotiable
Enjoy the 'blank canvas' of the crypto markets
Eager to take TradFi repo concepts and rebuild them for a 24/7, high-velocity digital environment
Understanding of how over-collateralized on-chain lending works (utilization curves, liquidation logic)

Preferred

Familiarity with 'Real World Assets' (RWA) and how they are being used as collateral in the current ecosystem
