Responsibilities

Managing the complete parent relationship lifecycle—from initial inquiry through sustained engagement—for a single campus

Leading persuasive information sessions and individual meetings that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters

Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported after enrolling at Alpha

Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on-site engagement, local partnerships, and targeted outreach

Mobilizing parent champions to drive referrals and expand community influence

5+ years of experience engaging families in educational outreach or enrollment contexts

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

Demonstrated capacity to build trust and facilitate informed, high-stakes decision-making
