Responsibilities

Lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results

Create and manage all project management plans including scope, time, cost, risk, quality management plans

Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks

Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives

Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements is an important part of the job

Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Program Manager and Project Sponsors

Ensure project requirements are met, scope is contained, and milestones are kept

Conduct various reviews and sign/off workshops

Required

Minimum 10 years of Oracle applications experience

Minimum 5 years consulting experience

Manage business transformation projects in various industries which include business process changes and technology implementation over the entire lifecycle of a project

Extensive experience leading programs and projects in the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions in an Agile environment

Experience in managing project in multi geographical locations

Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing business priorities

Excellent time management, interpersonal, decision-making and organization skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery

Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand

Bachelor's degree required, with 10 years of experience
