This role involves executing the gifting process and generating profit through guest interactions.
Travel
Responsibilities
Executes the gifting process for the designated sales and marketing departments
Generates additional profit by soliciting guest to purchase goods and products in a face-to-face presentation
Ensures Point of Sale station remains in balance
Effectively communicates with management all exceptions and incidents
Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and mainframe applications
Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of detail
Self-directed and independent but works as a team player
Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests and co-workers
Excellent customer service skills
Strong oral communication skills
Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude
Preferred
Some customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Bilingual a plus
