Responsibilities

Design and sustain integrated 3-statement financial models for every school and vertical — connecting enrollment trends, workforce planning, and capital expenditure into unified forecasts
Refresh rolling 12–18 month projections on a weekly cadence using current data, and model scenario analyses for both growth and downside cases
Create executive-level dashboards fed by live data streams — isolating critical levers and supporting daily, high-confidence decisions
Deploy AI and automation capabilities to identify outliers, monitor variance, and remove manual spreadsheet friction from finance workflows
Produce concise strategic memos summarizing financial exposure, decision options, and budget trade-offs — prepared to board standards within 72 hours

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Math (CPA/CFA/MBA is a plus)

Able to travel approximately 25% to campuses throughout the U.S
3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, Big 4 corporate finance/M&A (not audit), or high-growth FP&A
Demonstrated ability building integrated 3-statement models aligned with U.S. GAAP
Capable of producing investor-grade analysis and strategic recommendations under compressed timelines
Active daily user of AI/automation tools (e.g., GPT, Klair, Syft, Retool, NetSuite automations)

Preferred

Hands-on ERP experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
Background in multi-site education, facilities management, or operationally intensive sectors
Experience preparing board-level reports or investor-facing materials
Proven history building AI-automated dashboards or low-code finance solutions
Prior work in high-end service settings with rigorous financial discipline
