Troubleshooting technical problems
Supporting computer systems and printers
Diagnosing and resolving issues promptly
Managing help desk tickets
Ensuring high levels of user satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Qualification
Required
Technical Support and Help Desk Support experience
Expertise in Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Knowledge of Printer Support and maintenance
Familiarity with Computer Hardware systems and related components
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar are a plus
