Responsibilities
High-Level Design: Develop architecture and design for new initiatives, including application-level dependencies, configurations, and installation requirements
Integration: Partner with infrastructure and integration teams to define installation types and critical hardware dependencies
System Architecture: Apply enterprise architecture principles (TOGAF preferred) to integrate PACS, CPACS, and other imaging systems
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot escalated issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with vendors, internal CI teams, and clinical staff; strong communication and organizational skills required
Technology Versatility: Adapt to multiple imaging technologies and product suites as needed

Required
Candidates must be eligible for employment in the US without need for sponsorship now or in the future
Experience with Radiology PACS is essential
Expertise with Change Healthcare PACS/CPACS (a must for this role), Powerscribe 360, RapidAI
Strong experience in Radiology and Cardiology domains is required
Prior experience in hospital or clinic settings
Strong understanding of integrated systems, scalability, security, and compliance
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to navigate large organizations
High school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience required; 1 year of leadership experience preferred
Healthcare provider experience required
Preferred
TOGAF certification is preferred but not required
