Pellera Technologies is focused on supporting operational and cultural initiatives within their People Operations team. The People Operations Generalist will maintain employee files, manage documentation, and coordinate engagement programs while supporting various HR functions and projects.

Responsibilities

Maintain and organize employee files and People Ops documentation in compliance with internal standards and legal requirements

Manage and update templates and documentation used across People Ops processes

Reconcile transactions on the People Ops Concur card and support expense tracking

Provide administrative support for The Delta program and other internal communication initiatives

Provides general administrative support to the Chief People Officer and other team members as needed

Assist with data entry, reporting, and system maintenance in Dayforce as needed

Coordinate employee recognition and appreciation programs

Utilize Dayforce and Microsoft Teams functionality to promote positive employee engagement and culture-building

Support the planning and execution of employee interest group activities and engagement initiatives

Coordinate communications and activities that will foster the HUMAN core values within the company

Partner with the marketing team to provide People Ops content for the monthly company newsletter

Assist in planning and documenting People Ops team meetings

Act as a flexible resource (“floater”) for People Ops functions as needed throughout the year such as Open Enrollment, Performance Reviews, Annual Surveys, etc

Participate in special projects and initiatives that support the strategic goals of the People Operations team
