They are seeking a highly skilled Accountant Level 3 to join their Corporate Accounting function, responsible for accurate financial reporting and supporting consolidation activities across multiple legal entities.

Responsibilities

Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations
Support consolidation activities across multiple legal entities and business lines
Assist with internal and external reporting requirements, including SEC filings and regulatory submissions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
Develop and maintain accounting policies to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and consistency across the organization
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains in accounting processes, leveraging tools such as Workday and emerging technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, or equivalent work experience
Four or more years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate areas or public accounting

Preferred

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems
Familiarity with AI tools or automation technologies in accounting (preferred)
