Support Underwriters through pipeline management by leveraging market data and tools to identify new business opportunities
Contribute to meaningful projects while gaining valuable insights into the commercial insurance industry
Accompany territory leaders on on-site visits and shadow underwriters
Gain exposure to broker engagement and interact with regional leadership
Enhance proficiency in Salesforce (CRM platform)
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program in the fall semester following the internship
Must be a rising junior or rising senior at the time of the internship
Must be eligible to work in the U.S
Preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively
Business acumen and a strategic mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative
