Responsibilities
Prepare monthly/quarterly metrics packages and variance analysis for three key groups within Service Org
Lead monthly forecasting and Annual Budget Plan
Forecast headcount and discretionary spend based on business inputs and validate underlying assumptions
Develop tools to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, monitor, and report the actual results against plan and forecast
Input all forecast and planning work into OneStream financial reporting system and maintain data accuracy in both OneStream and offline working files
Handle quarter-end close process and meet regular corporate results and financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; bachelor's level degree and related work experience of 2 years

Great teammate with a positive demeanor and strong sense of ownership
Strong financial analytical and modeling skills
Proficient in financial reporting systems (Oracle, SAP, OneStream, etc.) and possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to meet goals, cope with the fast-pace environment, prioritize and multi-task
Attention to details & quality of work, motivated to learn
Build relationships with collaborators, and solve problems independently & proactively
