Responsibilities

Client support including greeting and signing in guests and notifying appropriate personnel of clients/appointments
Answering and routing calls on a multiple phone line
Provide general administrative support, which includes phone coverage, day-to-day operations and assigned projects
Keeping kitchen areas neat and clean
Processing Mail
Making reservations for offices and conference rooms
