Responsibilities
Develop and execute product marketing strategies that bring our donor-advised fund offer to life, driving awareness, adoption, and retention
Advocate for our donors and advisors, ensuring messaging resonates with their needs and journeys
Serve as a product marketing expert, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, client-centric marketing
Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and plans, managing execution across audiences and channels
Create and update marketing deliverables—emails, web pages, sales materials—ensuring consistent, compelling messaging
Lead projects from strategy through delivery, partnering with subject matter experts, agencies, and stakeholders
Use data and insights to continuously improve our marketing, sharing learnings and celebrating successes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Product Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of product marketing experience in financial services, with a track record of developing and optimizing audience-focused campaigns
Excellent communication skills—able to educate, influence, and inspire partners at all levels
Strong organizational and project management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Self-starter mindset, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
Experience managing budgets and agency relationships
This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week
Preferred
Understanding of investor/advisor audiences, or philanthropy space
