Responsibilities
Handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements with precision
Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as required
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and the courts
Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, maintaining standards that don’t slip with time
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Minimum 5 years of overall legal experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Personal Injury law
Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
