Responsibilities

Assist with installation, calibration, repair, and commissioning of CNC roll-grinding machines

Support mechanical and hydraulic inspections, troubleshooting equipment, and maintenance tasks

Participate in safety checks, project site organization, and equipment condition verification

Take part in precision alignment activities for large mechanical castings and rollers

Help prepare technical reports and documentation

Shadow senior engineers in steel plants and learn field-service best practices

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a field environment

Preferred

Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred

Interest in industrial equipment, mechanical systems, or CNC machinery

Willingness to travel to steel plant sites (valid driver's license preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to CAD/technical drawing tools is a plus
