Manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service and support

Servicing accounts in every aspect (billing, invoicing, assisting with claims, renewals, etc)

Experience with GL, WC, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc and knowledge of major carriers

Full knowledge of insurance products, coverages and rating procedures, and carrier guidelines to effectively manage, maintain, and write new business and service the policies of clients and/or prospects

Stay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates
