Responsibilities

Review and extract key data from contractor-submitted documents — including safety records, insurance forms, and financial summaries — and enter that information accurately into the Highwire platform

Complete tasks on tight deadlines by reviewing and validating safety and financial data submissions quickly and thoroughly — ensuring time-sensitive items are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on priority

Take ownership of repeatable quality checks that ensure submitted documents meet our standards — helping reduce bottlenecks for the broader support team and ensuring consistent data quality across the board

Spot and resolve data inconsistencies by investigating errors, documenting what was changed and why, and flagging any ambiguous items for further review. This safeguard ensures that the data our clients see is accurate and auditable
