Responsibilities

Facilitating live virtual workshops by overseeing breakout rooms, managing transitions, and coordinating group activities

Encouraging student participation and building enthusiasm through chat interactions, recognition, and one-on-one outreach

Keeping students engaged, confident, and connected throughout their learning sessions

Providing logistical support to lead educators to ensure workshops operate without disruption

Serving as a culture champion and reliable presence within student clubs and life skill development tracks

Facilitate engaging, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain focused, organized, and motivated across all workshop sessions

Qualification

Youth mentoring experienceCommunication skillsOnline learning toolsBackground in youth programsEnergizing presence

Required

Willing to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)

At least 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth

Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)

Strong communication skills and high comfort with digital platforms

Energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details and smooth transitions
