Responsibilities

Facilitating live virtual workshops by overseeing breakout rooms, transitions, and collaborative activities

Encouraging student participation and motivation through chat messages, recognition, and individual check-ins

Keeping learners engaged, confident, and connected throughout their workshop time

Supporting lead educators with operational logistics that ensure smooth session delivery

Serving as a culture champion and reliable presence within student clubs and life skill development tracks

Required

Available to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth

Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)

Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency with digital platforms

Student-centered, energizing presence with attention to detail and smooth session flow
