Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of systems engineers, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Develop and execute technical account strategies aligned with customer business objectives and Cisco's technology portfolio
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, prioritize effectively, and track team performance metrics
Drive technical solution delivery to ensure alignment with customer requirements and evolving market demands
Facilitate collaboration between customers, partners, and internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
7+ years of experience in technical sales or systems engineering roles
Solid track record to lead and develop high-performing technical teams
Strong technical expertise in networking, security, cloud, or related Cisco technologies
Located in Western Canada
Preferred
At least 5 years in formal leadership positions
Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent industry certifications
In-depth understanding of Public Sector or Enterprise markets and technology trends
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and driving technical sales strategy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse partners
