Sales Engineer
HirePower is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join their team. This role combines strong sales skills with a technical background, focusing on identifying opportunities and building client relationships to support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop tender and proposal strategies, including coordinating and reviewing key components with headquarters
Evaluate tenders and proposals, manage clarifications, and determine next steps
Assess sales opportunities and create effective engagement plans
Identify, capture, and qualify leads, converting them into viable sales opportunities
Plan and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies, prioritizing high-impact opportunities
Prepare, negotiate, and manage sales quotations from submission to final disposition
Handle contract amendments, suspensions, early terminations, and renewals as needed
Investigate sales-related events and validate findings to support informed decision-making
Gather market trends, competitor insights, and sales intelligence to strengthen strategies
Act as a key link between sales and technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and addressed throughout the sales cycle
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience, ideally within an engineering or technical environment
Strong ability to identify business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
