Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives, including digital transformation, platform modernization, and process optimization
Serve as the primary integrator between technology teams and business stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of objectives, scope, dependencies, and outcomes
Own detailed project planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery
Partner closely with engineering, product, data, security, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into actionable technical plans
Maintain hands-on involvement in day-to-day execution while providing clear structure, direction, and accountability to delivery teams
Provide transparent status reporting, executive-level dashboards, and data-driven insights to leadership
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop and execute mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to enterprise governance standards, including financial tracking, compliance, audit readiness, and change management
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, legal, compliance, and external partners
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in project or program management delivering complex technology initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
Proven success leading digital transformation or large-scale technology modernization efforts
Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; comfortable 'rolling up your sleeves'
Demonstrated experience managing diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
Experience with financial and budget management tools (e.g., Clarity or equivalent systems)
Expertise across delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or other highly regulated industries
PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar project management certifications
Familiarity with enterprise governance, compliance, and audit frameworks
