This role provides vital administrative and project coordination support with an emphasis on calendar management, communications, event planning, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Chief of Cardiology and divisional leadership
Manage complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Serve as the primary point of contact for communications and correspondence on behalf of leadership
Plan, organize, and execute departmental events, meetings, and special programs
Coordinate and track progress of departmental projects and initiatives from start to completion
Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and external partners to ensure effective communication and follow-through
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
Prepare reports, presentations, and materials to support leadership decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–3 years of project management or coordination experience preferred
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and consistently meet deadlines
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
