Responsibilities
Serve as a first point of contact for NetSuite users and resolve common questions or lower complexity issues related to access, saved searches, reports, and basic workflows
Support inventory and operational initiatives by assisting with setup activities, testing, and monitoring daily transactions to ensure data accuracy
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing for system changes, including preparing test scripts, tracking outcomes, and documenting issues or defects
Maintain system documentation, process guides, and change logs to support internal users and stakeholders
Assist with data imports, record maintenance, and general system clean up activities
Collaborate with cross functional teams, escalating more complex issues when appropriate and contributing to a solution focused approach
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands on NetSuite experience as an administrator or analyst
Understanding of ERP concepts, particularly within finance, inventory, or project based environments
Comfort working with saved searches, reports, roles and permissions, and basic workflows
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when supporting non technical users
Proficiency in Excel; exposure to ticketing or issue tracking tools is a plus
Proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow into increased responsibility over time
