Responsibilities

High-Touch Client Support: Serve as a primary contact for assigned broker dealers and RIAs, delivering personalized service for more complex operational and servicing needs
Complex Issue Resolution: Independently assess and resolve escalated or non-standard client inquiries, coordinating across internal operations, processing, and service teams
Inbox & Workflow Ownership: Manage shared inbox queues and client requests with a focus on accuracy, prioritization, and proactive follow-up
Client Relationship Management: Provide consistent updates to clients, anticipate needs, and ensure a high-quality service experience
Operational Expertise: Apply advanced understanding of brokerage operations and workflows to guide inquiries to resolution efficiently
Escalation & Risk Management: Identify trends, recurring issues, or potential risks and escalate appropriately with proposed solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5–7 years of experience in financial services or brokerage operations
Demonstrated ability to manage complex client servicing scenarios independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong judgment and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client servicing systems
Consistent record of reliability and accountability

Preferred

Deep experience in broker dealer or RIA operations
Prior exposure to high-touch or relationship-based client servicing models
Experience handling escalations or serving as a senior point of contact
Familiarity with custodial platforms and end-to-end operational workflows
