Customer Service Representative | Technical Support
Spectrum is a leading provider of communication and entertainment products, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their residential customers. In this role, you will take inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues related to Internet and Voice, and handle billing inquiries, all while providing a positive customer experience.

Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Preferred
Experience: 6+ months of customer service or related experience
Experience: 6+ months of basic technical support experience
Experience: 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience
Experience: 6+ months working with computers and software applications
Technical Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing
