Responsibilities
Training and cultivating a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional excellence
Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing operational challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and achievement
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related domain
Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting
Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
