Responsibilities

Coaching and developing Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops with exceptional quality

Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles

Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives student participation and success

Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert guidance and motivational techniques

Required

Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable area

Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions

Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities with experience building, directing, and energizing high-performing teams

Background working with youth populations (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings

Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement

Authorized to work legally in the United States
