Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities
Assist with invoicing and applying customer payments
Help track accounts receivable and follow up on balances
Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping
Organize accounting records and paperwork
Support month-end close and team tasks
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
1 year of office or accounting experience (internships accepted)
Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (AP/AR a plus)
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
Detail-oriented and organized
Preferred
Accounting coursework or degree
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
