Responsibilities

Support plant and transportation planning, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives across Operations
Apply data analytics and modeling techniques to identify and implement process optimization and cost reduction opportunities
Develop, maintain, and enhance scheduling algorithms to optimize distribution and labor schedules
Build labor forecasts using historical data, sales projections, and production plans to support short- and long-term planning
Partner closely with Operations and HR leaders to align labor plans with business needs and operational constraints
Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules to balance productivity, staffing availability, service levels, and cost efficiency
Monitor labor utilization, productivity, and efficiency metrics; identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to labor planning, scheduling, and workforce optimization
Collect, analyze, and validate data to measure performance, quantify savings, and track the impact of process improvements
Prepare clear reporting and insights to support operational decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments
2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, including SQL
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment with changing priorities
