Radian is a fintech servicing the mortgage and real estate services industry, and they are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join their Automation Program team. The intern will support operational processes that drive AI adoption and governance across the organization.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for automation initiatives
Maintain and prioritize the intake backlog for automation requests; including completion of ROI (Return on Investment) and CBA (Cost-Benefit Analysis) for incoming automation requests
Track and maintain key metrics related to AI adoption, bias monitoring, uptime, and overall program performance
Prepare high-quality presentations and decks for executive stakeholders to communicate program progress and strategic updates
Assist in organizing and maintaining governance frameworks for AI, including risk management and ethical guidelines
Support initiatives to streamline and enhance operational processes within the GenAI program
Conduct training and focus on user enablement across automation tools
Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Personal experience in AI technologies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized
