Responsibilities

Optimize account productivity data organization and presentation
Weekly sell through data analysis
Weekly order book reporting, organization, and quality checks to ensure operational excellence
Sales milestone support and presentation creation
Seasonal sales tool upkeep and organization
Cross-functional data hub management
Product seeding and sample organization
Assist in retail education tool creation and roll out
Account interaction preparation
Market insights and competitive analysis
Assist in category business development, making account visits and connections
Assist in preparation for community facing events and milestones
Support new business opportunity development

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Must be enrolled an accredited college or university at the Junior, Senior, or Graduate level
Must be able to dedicate 40 hours/week toward the internship during normal M-F PST working hours
Majority of time will be in KEEN office, some hybrid work, limited local field work
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to learn new software programs
Ability to solve problems with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently, collaboratively and on tight deadlines
Able to sit and/or stand at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time
Excel data analytics skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc
Experience creating quality PowerPoint presentations
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word
Be a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student working toward a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Be eligible to work in the U.S
Commit to a 10-week program from mid-June through mid-August
Dedicate 40 hours per week during standard M-F, PST working hours
All roles are located in Portland, OR. Must be able to move to Portland during the duration of the internship if you are not already living here
Plan no more than four total days of vacation during the internship
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail in preparation of presentations, reports, and materials
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Preferred

Relevant coursework or experience in sales, marketing is a plus
Interest or experience in running preferred
