Responsibilities
Diagnose and fix plant and site services reliability and breakdown issues across your responsibility area
Drive technical training and knowledge sharing across various teams within Mars
Management of contractors within your area of responsibility
Implementation of site safety and quality standards ensuring conformity across assets
Qualification
Required
HNC/HND level, recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in an Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic discipline
Keen fixer and problem solver, able to conduct root cause analysis of technical issues
Demonstrable experience working in a maintenance or reliability area
A continuous improvement mentality, someone who loves to tinker and try to find a better way of doing things
