Responsibilities
Work consistent warm leads while also generating new business through door-to-door and face-to-face outreach
Deliver professional quotes, build trust, and confidently close deals
Own your sales pipeline from lead to install — with a dedicated team supporting you every step of the way
Provide clean, accurate paperwork to Operations to ensure roofing jobs are scheduled quickly
Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant
Communicate promptly with customers, team members, and leadership
Follow all sales policies and guidelines in a professional, ethical manner
Take on additional duties as needed to support team success
Qualification
Required
1+ year of sales experience (B2B experience preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
Outgoing, confident personality — not afraid to start conversations or knock doors
Coachable attitude — we provide training; you bring the work ethic
Self-motivated and proactive in finding new opportunities
Excellent organization and follow-through
Valid Utah driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
