Start in 2026 SummerADM Investor Services is seeking a FP&A intern to support the Business and Finance teams by analyzing and reporting monthly financial results, preparing variance analysis against forecasts and annual plans, and providing analytical insights to global business unit leaders. Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the Business and Finance teams to analyze and report monthly results
Provide variance analysis compared to the most recent forecast/Annual Plan
Provide analytical support to the global business unit teams to understand business unit drivers of performance
Undertake special projects for business leadership, and FPA leads as needed
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028
Must have an overall 2.8 GPA
Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work
Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations in North America
Successful completion of a background check is required
Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a solutions-focused mindset are necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Works well individually as well as within a team environment
Good communicator and collaborator
Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
Working towards a computer science and or business-related degree at a 4-year college
Overall GPA of 3.0 or better
