Workforce Manager/Kronos Implementation Specialist
TSR Consulting is seeking an experienced HRIS Time and Attendance Individual Contributor with strong Kronos Workforce Manager experience to support ongoing system operations. This role focuses on hands-on execution, ensuring accurate time capture, compliant pay processing, and stable system performance.

Responsibilities
Serve as a hands on subject matter expert for Kronos Workforce Manager / UKG Dimensions
Own day to day system support including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Configure and maintain pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, scheduling rules, and profiles
Support end to end UAT and regression testing for system updates, policy changes, and releases
Investigate and resolve timekeeping and payroll related issues impacting production environments
Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate time to pay processing and payroll readiness
Support integrations between Kronos Workforce Manager and payroll or HR systems
Create and maintain system documentation, job aids, and testing artifacts
Support audits, compliance requests, and data validation activities
Provide guidance to HR, managers, and system users on best practices and functionality
Qualification
Required
5 plus years of HRIS or Time and Attendance experience
Hands on Kronos Workforce Manager or UKG Dimensions experience required
Strong understanding of payroll processes, timekeeping rules, and labor compliance
Experience working in complex, multi location or multi state environments
Proven experience supporting live production systems
Comfortable working independently in a remote contract role
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with integrations to payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or Oracle
Prior implementation or post go live stabilization experience
Experience supporting union or highly regulated environments
Familiarity with ServiceNow or ticket based support models
Experience with reporting, audits, and workforce analytics
