Responsibilities
Managing legal vendors and matters within Simple Legal, our e-Billing platform, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and requirements, including but not limited to:
Reviewing and approving invoices
Validation of proper coding
Generating spend reports
Collaborating with regional billing specialists and outside counsel, and
Working closely with internal accounting to ensure timely payments
Assist the legal team with additional projects and tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years at a law firm or in-house legal environment
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must possess the confidence to work and devise solutions independently
Willing to take initiative and identify process improvements
Technology-savvy and an expert in the Microsoft Office Suite
Meticulous with details and organization
High-level of discretion vital in working closely with confidential and sensitive information of the Company
Preferred
Experience with Simple Legal/CounselGo billing platform
