Responsibilities
Track, investigate, and prepare responses to consumer complaints
Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes
Process administrative material and tasks
Identify and escalate issues that may be a risk to the company
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-2 years' experience in Financial Services related field, 2-5 years of experience in Complaints Resolutions
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent listening skills and ability to build rapport with customers
High level of attention to detail, with a proactive and can do approach to problem solving
Ability to multitask
Proficiency with MS Office products
College degree or equivalent years of experience
Knowledge of Prepaid Card and Demand Deposit Account regulations or other regulatory training
Experience handling complaints in a regulated environment
