Bankruptcy Attorney (Associate)
Robinson+Cole is a Vault 'Top Ranked' Am Law 200 firm seeking an associate to join their Bankruptcy and Reorganizations Practice Group in Wilmington, Delaware. The role involves assisting in the representation of various stakeholders in bankruptcy matters and requires strong writing and analytical skills.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Assisting in the representation of debtors, creditors and official and unofficial committees in business bankruptcy and restructuring matters
Drafting and reviewing court filings, such as motions, memoranda, and complaints
Conducting research and drafting related correspondence, memoranda, and briefs
Attending to all matters related to discovery in contested matters and adversary proceedings
Participating at trial, including preparing witnesses and trial exhibits
Qualification
Required
Three to five years of experience in bankruptcy law
Superior academic credentials
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Admission to the Delaware bar
Preferred
Prior bankruptcy experience gained through a judicial clerkship/large law firm (or equivalent)
