Responsibilities
Ship core ML platform capabilities that make it easier for teams to train, deploy, and operate models in production
Raise the ceiling on real-time inference by improving serving frameworks to meet strict latency and reliability targets
Build AI observability and model performance tooling, including monitoring, debugging, and incident-ready runbooks
Create a GenAI and agentic systems platform for architecting, evaluating, and safely deploying new AI features
Partner directly with ML engineers, data scientists, data engineering, and product to deliver value incrementally against real bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
4+ years as a platform, backend, data, or ML engineer working on large-scale systems
2+ years operating in a major cloud environment, plus DevOps tooling. Kubernetes experience expected
Production online ML system experience, including designing and improving serving or real-time prediction systems
Strong coding in Python, Go, or Java, plus solid system design fundamentals
Comfort collaborating cross-functionally, and strong written documentation habits
Evidence you can lead projects end to end with measurable outcomes
