Responsibilities
Providing motivation and mentorship to students through consistent, one-on-one and small-group engagement—coaching rather than lecturing
Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI-driven platforms to support individualized learning progression

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Ability and willingness to work on-site in Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA
