Responsibilities

Resolve inquiries from tax agencies related to local withholding taxes
Analyze local tax data and collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to address tax issues
Maintain alignment between internal systems and third-party providers
Support processing of Cash Settled Stock Together Payouts
Process corrected W-2 forms (W-2C)
Manage and complete monthly EVS reporting
Work with third-party providers to update tax account setups as needed

Qualification

Multi-state tax experienceThird-party tax applicationsHRMSPayroll systemsExcel skillsFinancial reportingCompliance with tax regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
3+ years of relevant experience with multi-state and local taxes
Experience working with state and local jurisdictions on tax account updates
Proficiency with third-party tax applications (e.g., ADP, CIC+)
Intermediate Excel skills

Preferred

Experience with HRMS and payroll systems ( PeopleSoft and/or Workday preferred )
