Responsibilities
This associate will handle all matters including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), rated note feeders, asset-backed commercial paper conduit programs, whole-business securitizations, telecom and receivable securitizations, consumer and student loan facilities, and other securitization, structured products and lending transactions
Qualification
Required
4-6+ years of experience in Fund Finance
Active New York bar
Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
A high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
