Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned to business needs
Assist in design, estimation, planning, and implementation of projects
Work with Snowflake / BigQuery cloud data platforms ensuring performance, security, and scalability
Provide L2/L3 support for Manhattan DFIO, including after-hours and incident support
Analyze DFIO error messages, data issues, and common processing failures
Create system test plans and perform system testing
Follow change management processes using ServiceNow
Analyze current business processes and create process models with improvement recommendations
Perform design and code reviews to ensure architectural standards and quality
Develop and modify application code in collaboration with architects
Support systems management, integrations, and in-scope applications
Peer-review team code and define coding standards checklists
Support upcoming DFIO to new planning product migration
Proactively provide suggestions and innovative solutions to complex business problems
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience
Strong background in Retail Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Retail Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Demand Forecasting & Replenishment systems
Manhattan DFIO (Support & Operations)
Snowflake (Cloud Data Warehouse)
PL/SQL
Unix / Linux commands
AIX
SCM Inventory Management
ServiceNow (Change Management)
Strong functional expertise in Demand Forecasting & Replenishment
Ability to independently analyze business processes and recommend improvements
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and migration activities
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Ability to work independently, be proactive, and add measurable value to the team
