Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in project or program management, especially in design operations
Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in managing cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in design thinking methods and design systems
Preferred
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
Experience with design industry tools such as Figma and Mura
Ability to cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders and drive collaboration
