Responsibilities

Design and maintain dynamic 3-statement models for every school and vertical — connecting enrollment, staffing, and CapEx into a unified forecast

Refresh rolling 12–18 month forecasts weekly with the most current data and perform scenario testing for upside/downside exposure

Produce executive dashboards powered by live data — isolating critical levers and supporting daily, confident decision-making

Leverage AI and automation to identify anomalies, monitor variances, and remove spreadsheet inefficiencies throughout finance operations

Draft concise memos that outline financial risk, strategic alternatives, and budget impacts — at board-ready quality, delivered within 72 hours
