Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end projects for sintered mesh and porous metal products, from quotation and design through production and delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and customers on project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, procurement, and sales
Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and manufacturing plans
Monitor project progress, costs, and resource utilization; provide regular status reports to management
Manage changes in scope, technical requirements, or schedules and communicate impacts clearly
Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO, ASTM, customer specifications) and internal procedures
Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives related to sintered mesh production
Oversee trials, testing, validation, and customer approvals
Identify and resolve project risks, manufacturing challenges, and delivery issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related field
Proven experience managing projects
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience with filtration, flow control, or separation applications
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
Experience in ISO 9001 manufacturing environments
Being bilingual in English and Spanish would be a huge benefit
