They are seeking a commercial real estate salesperson/broker to procure and nurture owner relationships, prepare financial analyses, negotiate transactions, and provide market intelligence.

Responsibilities
Procure new owner relationships
Nurture and grow existing relationships
Prepare and present financial analysis
Act as a fiduciary in exclusive representation engagements
Negotiate complex transactions
Manage due diligence processes
Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, attorneys, appraisers, legal
Provide market intelligence to market participants
Receive coaching and best practice training
Qualification
Required
Person will work within a primary asset type: i.e., Multifamily, Industrial, Retail, etc
Demonstrate discipline in a high-level sales production role
Be able to maintain and thrive in a commission-based role
Analytical, qualitative skills to manage critical deliverables including valuations, proposals, etc
Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor
Time management skills, self-accountability, and a motivated mindset
Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to manage high-pressure situations
A real estate license
Understand the importance and ability to practice confidentiality and collaboration
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related
2-5+ years of work experience in real estate brokerage or related verticals
