Head of Go-To-Market

Spacial is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Go-To-Market to design and lead their market approach across sales, marketing, and customer success. This leadership role will involve shaping the GTM strategy, establishing repeatable sales and marketing motions, and ensuring alignment across customer-facing teams as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Develop and own Spacial’s end-to-end go-to-market strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success
Identify target markets, customer segments, and pricing strategies to maximize adoption and revenue growth
Design and implement scalable GTM processes, sales playbooks, and lead generation strategies
Partner with marketing to drive demand, campaigns, and positioning in the AEC ecosystem
Collaborate with product to gather market insights and translate them into product and messaging improvements
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure GTM effectiveness and inform decisions
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing GTM team as the company scales
Represent Spacial at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership opportunities

Required

5+ years of experience leading GTM, marketing, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS, proptech, or AEC technology
Proven ability to scale early-stage go-to-market strategies and build repeatable revenue processes
Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics, dashboards, and actionable insights
Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive aligned execution
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on execution ability

Preferred

Deep knowledge of architecture, engineering, or construction industries
